Sales Administrative Assistant - Mueller Refrigeration, LLC Mueller Refrigeration is looking for a professional and ambitious Administrative Assistant for the Sales Department. The right person for this role will be detailed, self-motivated, focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where things are not always fully defined.  Successful candidates will be comfortable working both as an individual contributor and as a member of the sales and customer service team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Compile and report sales data. Compile customer demands compared to production schedules. Report order acknowledgements, shipment estimates and tracking notifications in customer portals. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Solid blend of effective communication and technical skills. Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail. Ability and comfort utilizing data analysis tools like Excel and database systems. Problem-solving abilities to uncover process improvements and the best ways to capture, store, and report information. Ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team. Resilient self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond given tasks Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency A desire to learn analysis skills to interpret results and generate valuable reporting and insights. QUALIFICATIONS Degree or equivalent proven experience preferred. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role.
