Sales Admin Executive (Merchant Ops)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchant Operations Admin to support our growing Merchant Operations team. This role will be essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate merchant data, and supporting reporting and communication efforts across departments.

About the Role:

• Generate, maintain, and continuously improve sales and merchant acquisition reports to support business performance tracking and decision-making.
• Prepare, organize, and manage merchant information and documentation with high attention to accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular data validation to ensure merchant information is up-to-date and aligned across internal systems.
• Support the onboarding and activation process of new merchants by coordinating internal documents and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication and execution of merchant-related processes.
• Assist in identifying inefficiencies or gaps in merchant operations and recommend solutions for process improvements.
• Maintain and update the CRM (e.g., Pipeline) and internal tracking systems to ensure data integrity.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups as needed by the Merchant Ops team.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or Operations Admin, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or retail.
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Pipeline) and MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Good time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics and operational KPIs is a plus.
