Group/Division

The Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds, sells and supports a comprehensive product portfolio that ensures high-quality production of the chips that power the technologies of today and the future, including AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices. Semi PC’s differentiated inspection, metrology and data analytic systems discover, characterize and monitor the defects and variations that can affect manufacturing processes across the semiconductor ecosystem, including high-performance logic chips, advanced memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials. Semi PC solves our customers’ most critical challenges through a combination of innovative technologies, close collaborations, and a dynamic, global team. Semi PC is looking for talent in research, engineering, sales, marketing, and applications to ensure continued production of leading-edge process control solutions that drive our customers’ success.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

  • Drive pipeline growth through prospecting, strategic account management, and new business development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across academia, government, and industrial research organizations.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve short- and long-term growth objectives.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory (Germany, Netherlands, and Belgium).
  • Lead and develop a team of 4 sales professionals to achieve regional business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver reliable sales forecasts.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
  • Travel approximately 40-50% within the assigned region and occasionally to the United States.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree preferred.
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in direct sales of analytical instrumentation or test systems.
  • Sales or Applications experience preferred in optical metrology, nanoindentation or thin film metrology.
  • Experience in leading at least a small team would be a significant plus.
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals with an understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to deliver effective technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
  • Result-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills along with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English, German would be a plus.
  • Experience with Miller Heiman or Conceptual Sales techniques and Salesforce CRM is a plus.
