Main Responsibilities
1. Create and send Bill of Lading (B/L) drafts to customers for approval.
2. Prepare and issue Delivery Order (DO) collection letters to relevant parties.
3. Send booking confirmations and release orders to customers within one day of receiving Shipping Instructions.
4. Track the progress of container repairs at depots to ensure timely completion.
5. Confirm the arrival of vessels and the actual discharge of containers to ensure proper unloading.
6. Measure and monitor the time difference between container discharge and return to identify delays
7. Validate vessel arrival data by cross-referencing between the shipping line website and terminal website.
8. Perform final checks on the shipping manifest before submitting it to Customs.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation, Logistic or a related field
2. Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
3. Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy in documentation.
4. Creative problem-solving skills to improve operational processes
5. Commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining timely work

6. Willing to be placed to work in Medan, Sumatera Utara
