Main Responsibilities
1. Ensure the execution of operational activities in line with approved targets and operational plans.
2. Oversee and manage day-to-day operational (husbandry) activities.
3. Maintain and enforce occupational health and safety standards for all personnel involved in operations.
4. Review and analyze operational reports to conduct technical performance evaluations.
5. Carry out monthly performance reviews by assessing achievements against the previous month's results.
6. Address, manage, and resolve technical issues or complaints efficiently in accordance with established procedures, policies, and standards.
7. Work closely with the Branch Manager to support the achievement of operational and business targets.
8. Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure effective funding support and accurate monitoring of operational revenues.
9. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance operational support for revenue growth initiatives.
10. Ensure service quality consistently meets customer expectations and agreed service standards.
11. Ensure full compliance of all operational activities with applicable government laws and regulations; active communication/coordination with port authorities, terminals, and principals/ship owners.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from any major.
2. A total of 5 years of experience in shipping operations, including at least 2 years in a leader position (supervisory/managerial position).
3. Strong knowledge of operational processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.
4. Proven leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
5. Ability to analyze operational performance and prepare technical evaluations and reports.
6. Capability of working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
7. Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia.
