Deine zukünftige Rolle.

• Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund*innen, sowie Partner*innen in der Schweiz
• Du bearbeitest Schadenunterlagen und fungierst als Schnittstelle zu unseren Versicherungspartner*innen
• Du prüfst und kontrollierst Kostenvoranschläge von Reparaturleistungen zu Unfallschäden (Schadenmanagement)
• Du bearbeitest Pannenfälle im In- und Ausland in Kooperation mit unserem Assistance Partner*innen und stellst die Mobilität unserer Kund*innen sicher
• Du übernimmst die Rechnungskontrolle und Verbuchung
• Du klärst offene Schadenzahlungen mit Versicherungen ab
• Du bist unsere interne Anlaufstelle zu Fragen rund um die Schadenabwicklung

Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung  (Kenntnisse in der KFZ/ Versicherungsbranche von Vorteil)
• Du bist Berufseinsteiger*in oder hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt
• Du hast sehr gute Deutsch-, sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse (Französisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
• Du verfügst über gute EDV-Kenntnisse (speziell MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook) 
• Du arbeitest strukturiert , lösungsorientiert & bist ein Teamplayer

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von € 2.450,- brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
