Über die Position

Wir suchen dich als Sachbearbeiter Versand (w/m/d) im Bereich Service (High Voltage) am Standort in Karlstein. In dieser Rolle trägst du die Verantwortung für die Termin- und sachgerechte Bearbeitung unserer nationalen sowie internationalen Sendungen (Im- und Export) von Ersatzteilen, Anlagemodulen und Werkzeugen der lokal ansässigen, global agierenden Service Einheit mit weltweiten Projekten.

Das kannst du bewirken

• Terminierung und Disponierung von Fracht- und Kuriersendungen
• Erstellung von Packlisten und Frachtbriefen in SAP
• Export- & Importabwicklung von Frachtsendungen
• Erstellung von Ausfuhrbegleitdokumenten
• Erfassung und Priorisierung von Warenausgangssendungen
• Nachverfolgung von Aufträgen inkl. regelmäßiger Kommunikation mit angeschlossenen Abteilungen
• Interne und externes Stakeholdermanagement
• Bearbeitung von Gefahrgutsendungen (Beförderungsdokumente ausstellen, Abnahme der Verpackung)

Das bringst du mit

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Speditionskaufmann /-frau oder vergleichbar
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Gefahrgutschulung für alle Verkehrswege (ADR/IMO/IATA)#
• Erfahrung / Kenntnisse im europäischen Zollrecht
• Kenntnisse Office 365 + SAP S4
• Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift  (weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil)
