Aufgabenbereich             

• Operative Auftragsplanung und -steuerung

• Koordination der operativen Abläufe durch die Produktionsplanung

• Überwachung der Kundenbedarfe und Analyse von Forecasts                        

• Einleitung der Materialbeschaffung und Abstimmung von Materialverfügbarkeiten mit dem Einkauf

• Bewertung der Produktionskapazitäten und Austausch mit der Produktion

• Koordination und Einhaltung von Lieferterminen

• Interne/Externe Kommunikation mit anderen Fachabteilungen, Stakeholdern und Kunden

• Strukturierung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Prozesse in der Planung

• Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken für einzelne Projekte

Über Sie:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekauffrau/-mann oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/Qualifikation 

• Affinität zur Analyse und Verarbeitung von Daten und Kennzahlen                          

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

• Erfahrung in der Anwendung eines Warenwirtschaftssystem (Fepa)

• Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
