Job description

Standard & Regulation

  • Execute domestic certification and registration operations, including TISI Tire regulation, OIE Tire ECO Label Ratings and other export regulation.
  • Manage the full certification lifecycle, covering application, amendment, renewal, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Coordinate registrations and submissions through government authority portals and systems.
  • Support on-site inspections, audits, and regulatory issue resolution through evidence preparation and systematic issue tracking.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Responsible for managing specific Homologation & Regulatory Requirements Processes in relation to product Type Approval and Certification. The RCP is also responsible for checking & balance control of Tire Sidewall Lettering specifications of our products. 
  • Leading implementation projects to ensure timely compliance of our portfolio to new or changing regulatory requirements, facilitating our organization’s business operations.

Integration of new regulatory requirements

  • Responsible for integration of new regulatory requirements. Focus on adapting our systems and tools to accommodate new or changing regulatory requirements which are communicated through the RCM (Regulatory Change Management) Process [MP06E] from Standards & Regulations department.
  • Manages and supports a group of regulatory compliance, regulatory in their activities to implement new regulatory requirements into Continental systems, tools and, where applicable, processes.
  • Also responsible for leading, managing and supporting the 'Quality Manager Regulatory Affairs' in the execution of their responsibilities. 

Licensing & Legal Audit

  •  Responsible for managing and maintaining the necessary Plant Licenses to enable regulatory compliant business in accordance with our product steering direction. The LLA is also responsible for coordinating a multidisciplinary team in the timely execution of Audits relevant to Legal or Regulatory Compliance.

Inquiry Handling

  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, website, email, and online platforms and respond to questions 
  • Coordinate and manage call center supported by marketing, sales, logistics to resolve customer requests
  • Register and update customer inquiries and cases in internal systems 
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of inquiry records and follow-up actions

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the tire or automotive industry, with preference for customer service or regulatory affairs roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and decision-making processes
  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong networking abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of product certification processes and regulatory requirements in Thailand
  • Strong understanding of internal policies, standards, and compliance frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume inquiries while consistently meeting response time targets
  • Familiarity with government authority portals and regulatory management systems (preferred)
