About the Role

As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you’ll develop and implement a user-friendly access management system to support a high-profile client. This includes ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend services while collaborating with design and engineering teams to maintain high standards of quality.

Responsibilitites

Develop and implement robust access management systems.
Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams.
Ensure effortless integration between frontend and backend services.
Maintain adherence to clean and efficient coding practices.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of work experience in Ruby (and preferably Ruby on Rails).
Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including frontend and backend.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with Identity Access Management systems.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Background working with distributed teams.
