Ruby Developer

Our customer is currently looking for a Ruby Developer who is ready to use their experience to dive forward the future of the product.

You will be joining a team of 8 developers where work is very varied. If you prefer to just focus on the backend that’s fine, if you want to get involved in more you can.. As a ruby developer you can immerse yourself in DevOps processes and backend improvements. Other days you could be building new services on the frontend with React & JS. It’s a great role for a Ruby Developer who likes variation in their work.

As a Ruby Developer in a small team you will be given freedom to help drive this multi-award-winning health tech company forward. You will be experienced working within agile methodologies, reviewing tools and practices as you go.

So what do you need as a Ruby Developer?

·3 years of recent experience with Rails & TDD

·Comfortable working with a remote team

·Experience of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

·Good at communicating with different teams

·It would be great if you are a true believer in TDD

·Enjoys collaborating with other developers to build maintainable and elegant code
