Responsibilities: 

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions within the airline industry, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. 

• Utilize strong sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, particularly within the airline sector. 

• Manage a high volume of recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality standards. 

• Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing exceptional client management throughout the recruitment process. 

• Work collaboratively with the internal team and external partners to optimize recruitment strategies and achieve project objectives. 

Location: Norway- Remote
 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the Food processing and manufacturing, Agri-Food Processing, Renewable Energy, or related sectors. 
• Fluency in both Swedish and English is required to succeed in this role

• Proven track record of success in high-volume recruitment and fast-paced environments.  

• Experience with sourcing techniques. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively.

• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, passionate about delivering exceptional recruitment experiences. 

Note: This position offers the potential for contract extension based on project needs and individual performance. 
Please note: This is a full-time position with a 1-year contract and a monthly salary. It is not a freelance role.
