As we expand, we are seeking an experienced Advisor in Roofing Operations to provide strategic guidance, share industry expertise, and help strengthen operational best practices across the platform.

Role Overview

The Advisor will work closely with leadership to improve operations, project management, and overall business performance in the roofing and exterior services industry. This is an advisory role suited for a seasoned professional who has led or scaled roofing operations and wants to help shape the next generation of industry-leading businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on best practices in roofing operations, project execution, and safety management.

• Provide guidance on estimating accuracy, cost control, and project profitability.

• Support the development of production planning, crew management, and scheduling systems.

• Offer insights on industry trends, product innovation, and competitive dynamics across residential, commercial, and institutional roofing.

• Mentor operations and project managers to strengthen execution, accountability, and client relationships.

• Serve as a trusted advisor on strategic initiatives, expansion opportunities, and process improvement.
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in roofing, waterproofing, or exterior construction services.

• Proven background managing large-scale roofing projects or multi-crew operations.

• Strong understanding of project economics, estimating, scheduling, and field logistics.

• Ability to advise on operational efficiency, financial discipline, and safety programs.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Comfortable working in a flexible, part-time advisory capacity with hands-on involvement as needed.
