We’re looking for an experienced DVM who enjoys surgery, practices confidently and compassionately, and wants to be part of a positive, team-first environment.

• 💰 $150,000–$180,000+ annually based on experience
• 💼 Straight salary or salary + production options

✅ What You Bring

• Active Texas DVM license (or ability to obtain)
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Confidence practicing independently in an urgent care setting
• Strong surgical interest and solid medical judgment
• Commitment to patient care and client communication
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach to medicine
• Urgent care or emergency experience is a plus, but not required
