About The Role
Cradle is a moonshot company building a pause button for biology. We believe this will unlock medical hibernation, deep space exploration, and fundamentally change humanity's relationship with the future.

We’re building an elite team of applied physicists, engineers, and materials scientists for true full stack engineering, from electrons to operating systems. Projects will require high degree of autonomy and breadth of skill across multiple disciplines, with a strong emphasis on first principles thinking.

About You

  • Strong fundamentals in a scientific (physics, chemistry, biology, materials) discipline, excited to build the future
  • Experience building automated robotic systems
  • Demonstrations of exceptional ability and autonomy in past work

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience/graduate level in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or equivalent
  • Experience with liquid handling robots
