RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure proper staffing and With cross over management capabilities
• Development of team members
• Contribute to the creation & implementation of best practise in painting operations , and policies
• Implement process and procedures to assist & improve operational performance
• Effectively & Efficiently help to manage the departments targets in line with customers expectations
• Plan, Organise direct and run day to day operations of painting department
• Participate & jointly execute initiative on continuous improvement
• Provide coaching & mentoring to team members
• Establish working knowledge of molding and assembly departments
