GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is a leading provider of roadside assistance services across the nation. We are dedicated to ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients when they encounter unexpected vehicle troubles. We are currently looking to fill the role of Roadside Assistance Specialist.

As a Roadside Assistance Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our operations, providing essential support to drivers in distress. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to service calls and assist customers with a wide range of roadside issues, including flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts, and fuel delivery. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers get back on the road as quickly and safely as possible.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process roadside assistance requests from customers via phone or app.
• Assess customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions effectively and efficiently.
• Dispatch tow trucks or service vehicles as required to assist clients in need.
• Conduct minor repairs on-site like tire changes and jump-starts.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and communication throughout the assistance process.
• Keep accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or roadside assistance environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of automotive systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and handle stress in emergency situations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
