Registered Nurse (RN) – Ridgeway Post Acute

Location: Petaluma, CA
Pay: $48 to $50+ per hour, depending on experience, shift, and benefits
Schedule: Primarily Weekend Coverage | Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem Opportunities

Ridgeway Post Acute is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled and compassionate nursing team. We are looking for dedicated, reliable, and motivated nurses to help provide exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Assess and monitor resident health status, reporting changes promptly

• Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines

• Provide compassionate support to residents and their families

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required

• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (new grads welcome)

• Dependable and flexible, with a willingness to cover weekend shifts
