Midtown Oaks Post Acute is hiring a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team during the PM shift. If you are a strong leader with excellent clinical skills and a passion for resident-centered care, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care

• Provide clinical guidance and support to nurses and CNAs

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes

• Assist with problem-solving and act as a resource for staff during the shift

Qualifications:

• Current California RN license

• Previous supervisory/leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
