About the Role:
Garden City Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced or newly licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated care team on a per diem basis. This is a flexible opportunity to provide compassionate care in a supportive, skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor and document patient condition and response

• Communicate with families, physicians, and staff

• Support EMR documentation using PCC

• Guide CNAs and LVNs on shift

• Participate in care planning and compliance processes

Requirements:

• RN license (California)

• CPR certification

• Skilled nursing or rehab experience a plus

• Knowledge of PointClickCare (preferred)

• Strong communication and critical thinking
