Peninsula Post-Acute a short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Burlingame, California, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team for a part time/PRN position. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
  • Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide optimal care and advice.
  • Observe and interpret patient symptoms and effectively communicate them to physicians.
  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Perform routine procedures such as taking blood pressure measurements and administering injections.
  • Maintain accurate patient charts and records.
