Job Description Summary:

This position assists with development, implementation and evaluation of policies, procedures and programs in support of an evidence-based practice environment and professional models of care, acts as an educational resource and facilitator of teams or groups.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: Nursing (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing

Additional Job Description:

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

• RN licensure in state of Ohio.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing: Clinical nursing care and nursing operations from the unit and organizational perspective scope and standards of practice for nurses and nurse administrators.
• Computer skills for email and WORD meeting facilitation and team building verbal and written communication skills.
• Kind and Length of Experience: 3-5 years RN staff nurse experience in leadership role, such as an Assistant Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager or Educator experience with policy, procedure and/or program development.
