🩹 What You’ll Do as an RN:

• Coordinate and oversee the care of residents with a focus on dignity and safety

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

• Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized resident care plans

• Supervise CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care is delivered

• Respond to changes in residents’ conditions and communicate effectively with physicians, families, and team members

• Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and documentation

• Foster a warm, supportive environment for residents and their loved ones

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Current RN license in the state of SC

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented mindset

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred — but we welcome all backgrounds!
