What You'll Do
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Department and Special Care Unit.
Lead quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
Develop, mentor, and support leaders and staff while fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.
Oversee staffing, budgeting, productivity, and resource management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
Utilize data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and implement sustainable improvements.
Support organizational strategic initiatives and promote exceptional patient and employee experiences.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in emergency, critical care, or acute care operations.
Experience managing departmental budgets, staffing, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare technology.
RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or prior to independent patient care, whichever comes first.
Advanced Life Support (ALS) within six (6) months of hire/transfer.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within six (6) months of hire/transfer.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
