GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is seeking a talented and innovative individual to fill the position of Ringba Specialist. As a Ringba Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our call tracking and analytics platform to improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with various teams to set up and maintain call tracking campaigns, analyze data, and provide insights that drive decision-making and enhance performance.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage call tracking campaigns using the Ringba platform.
• Analyze call data and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies and sales performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective tracking of campaigns and lead sources.
• Optimize call flows and routing strategies to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to team members on utilizing the Ringba platform.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in call tracking and analytics.

Requirements

• Proven experience with the Ringba platform or similar call tracking software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Experience in a marketing or sales role is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
