Job Title:Project Manager II

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Folsom, CA
Job Description:

Local candidates preferred (120 mile radius).
Looking for a project manager with technical/telecomm experience. The selected candidate will work for the RF Engineering department and coordinate with the Engineering, Real Estate, and Construction departments.
Will be responsible to analyze data and project requirements and then compare to active project queues. Work with the RF engineering team to align workload with department priorities. Monitor project statuses and identify any items outside of the standard intervals.
Analyze data from multiple sources, parse the data into organized reports, and provide to the RF engineering team as project requirements. Keep track of multiple projects as they progress down the timeline and identify overlapping projects. Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams on priority projects to keep them on track and escalate as needed.
Determine information input, work processes, and the required deliverables for the desired output. Provide workflow diagrams and document the process. Review and analyze a variety of forms, documents, reports, data output, and record-keeping. Create and provide reports to management on project/team status.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in area of specialty (or equivalent), ability to handle multiple assignments, superior written and oral communication skills, able to matrix manage, and have strong data/project analytic skills. Must have strong excel skills (vlookup/pivot tables), experience with tableau is a plus. 3 to 5 years of experience.
