The Retail Specialist is the expert in an assigned department or specialized functional area, responsible for delivering distinctive guest experiences and drives sales results.

• Liqueur Specialist
• Retail Sales Associates

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

• Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board
• Maximizing sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store events
• Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture
• Exceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentations

REQUIREMENTS:

• 21+ years of age
• Excellent English (additional languages are welcome)
• Strong retail background and knowledge of premium products at to the specialized area.
• Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
• Proven ability in showcasing luxury items
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment
• A strong team player who is goal orientated
• Demonstrated track record for driving sales through building loyal customer relationships.
