Job description

Quant Greece is a Fitch-rated, independent domestic NPL servicer managing c.€10bn across all asset classes, offering coherent E2E debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors in Greece.

We are looking for a Retail RM Head to provide strategic leadership and direction to the Relationship Management function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service and the design of sustainable, compliant, and commercially sound repayment solutions. The role owns portfolio performance and recoverability strategy, drives operational excellence, and represents the organization at senior-level committees with banks, investors, and key stakeholders to secure optimal outcomes.

The role is responsible for:

  •  Setting and executing the Relationship Management strategy, aligned with overall business and portfolio objectives;
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing Supervisors and Relationship Managers, fostering a high-performance, accountable culture;
  • Owning portfolio recoverability performance, KPIs, and P&L impact, ensuring targets are met or exceeded;
  • Establishing governance frameworks, controls, and quality standards to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance;
  • Designing and optimizing operational processes, tools, and workflows, driving continuous improvement and efficiency;
  • Utilizing data analytics and performance insights to inform planning, forecasting, and decision-making;
  • Overseeing the management of complex/high-risk/high-value cases and acting as final escalation point;
  • Collaborating effectively with other internal and external stakeholders, departments (Credit, Operations, Legal, etc);
  • Representing the company at bank, investor, and internal executive committees, presenting portfolio performance, negotiating solutions, and securing approvals;
  • Driving capacity planning, resource allocation, and budget management for the function;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Corporate/Retail Portfolios management for at least 8 years;
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen;
  • People management skills;
  • Interpersonal and emotional skills;
  • Decision-making and conflict-management skills;
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills;
  • Presentation Skills;
  • Data driven planning and problem solution;
  • Organizational and project management skills;
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure environments and on an agile delivery plan; and
  • Fluency in English, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
