Retail Restaurant Manager

Salary $75,00 - $85,000

In your new role as Retail Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for bringing our value of “Guest Obsessed” to life, delivering outstanding quality and service to our guests every day. You truly believe in harnessing “People Power”, leading your team to success in a busy, high-volume environment where no two days are the same, including:

• Creating a high-performance culture in your restaurant, from financial profitability (P&L), to people, to guest satisfaction.
• Leading from the front, championing change and ensuring your people are motivated to contribute to your restaurant’s success.
• Supporting our Work Safe, Home Safe strategy, by curating a safe working environment for your team and restaurant.
• Building the Hungry Jack’s brand via effective business planning.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Retail or hospitality experience.

• A passion for training, coaching and mentoring team members to success.
• Full time availability and flexibility to work a mix of days, nights and weekends to support our restaurant operations.
