We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Retail Media & Partnership Executive (Part-time) to join our fun, professional and dedicated team based here in Hong Kong. The Retail Media & Partnership team helps brands and advertisers reach foodpanda’s massive user base across Hong Kong. We deliver smart, high-impact advertising solutions—like sponsored search, in-app banners, and custom partner promotions—that drive real commercial results for our clients.
About the Opportunity
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Actively prospect and pitch new endemic & non-endemic brands, distributors, and media agencies to build a steady pipeline of prospective retail media advertisers.
- Account & Campaign Management: Assist with client onboarding, collect campaign briefs, and coordinate the end-to-end setup of in-app banners, search ads, and custom placements.
- Performance Reporting & Upselling: Track campaign metrics, pull performance reports, and share data-driven optimization recommendations to encourage repeat bookings and higher media spend.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal Marketing, Operations, and Regional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and operational efficiency.
- Able to work at least 3 weekdays per week.
- A university degree holder / current undergrad student in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge or interest in digital advertising, retail media, or e-commerce campaign metrics is a plus.
- Self-motivated individual who brings a can-do attitude to work every moment.
- Demonstrate stretching ability and passion to excel with a startup mentality and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Energetic and able to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced working environment, demonstrating a positive attitude toward new challenges.
- Extremely driven with a self-starter mindset—super comfortable taking an initiative and running with it from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Cantonese.
