零售客户助理市场经理-Retail-上海

岗位职责

• 项目规划与落地：基于零售业务与市场/销售策略，制定零售赋能项目规划，明确优先级与流程，统筹资源与预算，完善交付标准并推进实施。
• 跨部门协同：对接市场、销售、合规、法务、采购、IT、SFE等相关团队，达成共识、明确分工，推动项目高效执行。
• 进度与质量管理：建立追踪机制，跟进关键里程碑与审批节点，保障项目按期按质交付。
• 数据与复盘：制定并监控项目关键指标，开展复盘优化，沉淀方法论与最佳实践。
• 合规与风险控制：严格把控活动与物料合规，识别与管理项目风险。

岗位要求

• 业务背景：具备零售相关工作经验，优先考虑药品零售市场或销售背景。
• 项目管理：具备项目规划与执行能力，能够进行优先级、预算与风险管理，推动方案落地。
• 沟通与协同：跨部门沟通协调能力强，能够快速对齐目标并驱动执行。
• 分析能力：逻辑清晰、细致有条理，具备数据洞察能力。
