  • Design, deploy, and manage endpoint management solutions across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms to support retail and e-commerce operations
  • Configure and maintain mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management platforms (such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or similar solutions)
  • Develop and implement device configuration policies, security standards, and compliance requirements aligned with organizational and regulatory guidelines
  • Automate routine endpoint management tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) to improve operational efficiency
  • Manage device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, onboarding, updates, patch management, and decommissioning
  • Monitor endpoint health, security posture, and performance metrics; analyze data to identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure endpoint devices meet security standards and compliance requirements
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for endpoint-related issues; maintain detailed documentation of configurations and resolutions
  • Manage Active Directory and identity management systems to ensure proper user access and device authentication
  • Coordinate with retail store managers and e-commerce teams to understand technology needs and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency
  • Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and vendor updates in endpoint management
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in endpoint management, IT infrastructure, or systems administration
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID.
  • Experience with Windows 11 and Windows enterprise configuration
  • Strong knowledge of device management, configuration, and deployment across multiple operating systems
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages)
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, identity management, and network security principles
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM)
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and service management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Knowledge of patch management and software deployment processes
  • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and hybrid IT environments
  • Experience with device compliance and security monitoring tools
  • Understanding of retail technology infrastructure and operational requirements
  • Knowledge of e-commerce systems and their technology dependencies
  • Familiarity with multi-platform device management in enterprise environments
