Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Warmly greeting and elegantly seating guests in the restaurant, efficiently managing table allocations and any waiting lists.
• Handling all incoming reservation requests, bookings, and inquiries with utmost professionalism and precision.
• Coordinating effortlessly with the floor, kitchen, and bar staff to ensure timely seating and attentive, synchronized service.
• Maintaining a pristine and organized host stand and an inviting entrance area for the restaurant.
• Assisting guests with any dietary requirements, special requests, or needs, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious visit.
• Providing insightful information about the restaurant's exquisite menu, culinary concept, and wine selection.
• Collaborating harmoniously with the entire service team to ensure a smooth, refined, and memorable dining experience.
• Anticipating guest desires and proactively addressing them to elevate their visit to an art form.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a high-end restaurant setting.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest service.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
