• Salary: $55,500–$62,000 annually + incentive pay

Who You Are

• Experienced restaurant leader with 2+ years full-service restaurant management experience
• Driven by teamwork, curiosity, and growth
• Strong communicator who leads with integrity and empathy
• Reliable, organized, and ready to jump in wherever needed

What You’ll Do

• Lead restaurant operations and guest experience as Manager on Duty (MOD)
• Hire, train, and develop staff while fostering a fun, inclusive culture
• Oversee a key department (Front of House, Bar, or Delivery)
• Ensure great food, smooth service, and a safe, welcoming environment
• Partner with the General Manager on scheduling, quality, and performance feedback
