Job Title: Residential HVAC Installer

Job Location: West Lebanon, NH

Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate has residential installation experience, strong technical aptitude, and a willingness to grow within a fast-paced service environment. Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems and related equipment
• Ensure installations meet code and manufacturer specifications
• Work collaboratively with service and management teams
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Complete installation documentation using ServiceTitan
• Hours: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• No nights and definitely no 24/7 rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 year's recent Residential HVAC installation experience required
• Gas or propane licensing preferred
• EPA Certification preferred
• Oil certification and/or NORA certification considered a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift equipment and work in varied environments
• Valid driver’s license
