As Reservationist you will:

• Provide an efficient and professional service to all customers with information that is clearly and coherently administered
• Be responsible for ensuring all guests’ requirements are met
• Be dealing with all enquiries and requests on the day they are received, in order to provide excellent and effective customer service
• Be friendly, personable, and have good knowledge of any offers available and offering them to guests where appropriate
