We are hiring a Research Fellow in IC design to design and realize high speed high efficiency analog/RF ICs. The Research Fellow is also expected to support teaching activities as required by the school.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves working on innovative solutions in the field of RF power management IC. The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Design, implement and test RF power management ICs or other analog/mixed signal/RF ICs. Development cycle including circuit design, simulation, modeling, layout, verification and measurements.

  • Develop scripts and algorithms for analog IC design

  • Prepare research papers/reports/technology disclosures, etc

  • Assist the school in various teaching activities, including instructing or supervision of labs and tutorials

Job Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or other related fields. 

  • Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply

  • At least 2 years of relevant experiences in IC design/Electronics 

  • Familiar with Analog/Power Management/RF/ADC/DAC IC design

  • Proficiency in Cadence
