We are hiring a Research Fellow in IC design to design and realize high speed high efficiency analog/RF ICs. The Research Fellow is also expected to support teaching activities as required by the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high‑performance, low‑power digital, mixed‑signal, RF, and analog integrated circuits (ICs). Development cycle includes circuit design, simulation, modeling, layout, and verification.

  • Explore and apply AI and machine learning techniques for IC design and optimization.

  • Develop scripts and algorithms for analog IC design

  • Assist the school in various teaching activities, including instructing or supervision of labs and tutorials

Job Requirements:

  • PhD (Research Fellow) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related fields. 

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in IC design/Electronics

  • Familiar with Analog/RF/Digital/mixed-signal IC design

  • Proficiency in Cadence

  • Proficiency in Python and Matlab

  • Experience in implementing algorithms for machine learning

  • Good written and oral communication skills
