The Research Associate/ Project Officer will bridge technical and commercial requirements to develop viable solutions for a novel rehabilitation robot. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to refine and implement cutting-edge haptic technologies integrated into robotic solutions helping translate research concepts into viable and impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, tracking, and executing project activities.
Establish effective communication to ensure seamless execution.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and stakeholder needs.
Gather and analyse feedback to refine project objectives and deliverables.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.
Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Support process improvement initiatives.
Assist in organising demonstrations, seminars, and engagement activities.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or Engineering
Experience interacting with external stakeholders for collaboration development.
Industrial experience highly desirable.
Experience or exposure to medical or rehabilitation technologies.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good communication and writing skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
