Research Associate (Multi-Sensor Fusion)

Centre for Advanced Robotics Technology Innovation (CARTIN) is looking for a candidate to join them as a Research Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of robust and reliable sensor fusion algorithms for localization and navigation algorithms of AGV in repetitive and dynamic environments

• AGV platform and sensor system hardware and software integration

• Algorithms and systems verification and validation

• Report writing and presentations

Job Requirements:

• MEng degree in electrical engineering, computer science, robotic or related fields

• Extensive experiences in AGV and sensor fusion

• Extensive research and practical experiences in developing visual and radio-based SLAM

• Experience in system integration and flight control

• Strong coding capability

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and accurately

• Good interpersonal skill

• Excellent teamwork awareness
