Job Description
1.跟催EPR工单生产进度，协调生产资源
2.降低FQC&IPQC Loss率-SOP落实执行，降低低阶错误,治工具及设计优化,降低人员犯错可能,降低离职率,ISO档教导替代口头交接
3.SMT报废率管控-下线料,抛料回收标准化,减少下线料损耗
4.稽核缺失改善，达成客户需求
5.跨部门沟通协调，确保生产作业顺畅
6.产线异常单关结跟催，确保异常处理完成
7.生产线巡检稽核-日常巡线，交接班巡线确认,SOP问题点改善，产线作业动作合理及改善
