Job Description
1.管理新产品导入, 确保符合公司流程, 使新产品顺利量产.
2.执行新产品试产备料&来料异常处理.
3.改善生产异常, 建立Lessons Learned 避免再发.
4.优化 ECN变更/专案管理,使如期正确导入满足客户或BU要求.
5.主导接待客户来访工厂相关准备工作.
6.透过团队沟通, 找出最佳方案.
7.优化各项专案推动的准时完成率, 使专案依计划如期如质完成.
8 执行流程简化, 优化&标准化, 以及工作流程持续改善, .提升专案管理稳定率.
