Accelerating Adoption of IBM Technology: Collaborating with your Delivery Consultants, the IBM Account team, clients, and partners to accelerate delivery and adoption of IBM Technology. Building Client Relationships: Creating and maintaining enduring, trusted relationships at technical levels within clients (including CIO's, CTO's, Developers, Data Scientists, Architects) and establishing IBM as an essential partner. Team Coaching for Success: Coaching your team, with clarity and conviction, to ensure they fully understand how to do their jobs successfully and achieve their KPI including utilization, customer satisfaction and quality standards. Profit and Loss Management: Evaluating and managing profit and loss for your assigned resources. Its tasks will be the management and administration of human and material resources for the fulfillment of the service requested in this document, as well as making decisions in agreement with the IT Department. of A.N.P., constituting the link between both contracting parties. The offeror must propose as the Service Manager a professional with a university degree in Systems Engineer or Computer Engineer issued by UDELAR or tertiary institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education and Culture.
He must present experience in IT project management and team leadership of a minimum of 5 (five) years, expected 10.
You must have a minimum documented work experience of 5 (five) years in projects of similar size and characteristics to that requested by the client.
Postgraduate degrees and current certifications will be valued.
The person responsible for the service must have a full-time dedication, and must work 8 working hours a day within the schedule from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 19:00, 3 days ON SITE at the A.N.P. The client reserves the right to modify this amount at his convenience.
