Job description

We are seeking someone to join our team as a Reporting Specialist - Consultant life-cycle coordinator.

This is a Technology Administration Office position at Associate level which is part of the job family responsible for managing administrative tasks related to technology infrastructure and services, ensuring smooth operations and support for the organization's technology needs.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Own, maintain and improve existing automated reports & data queries used for daily operational and major governance activates that have external labour related actions in scope

  • Manage the business processes and transactions which surround the daily operations of one of the largest banking Technology and Operations organizations

  • Be responsible for contingent resource management transactions, working with senior business management stakeholders, enterprise partners (Sourcing, Security, HR, etc.), and various business processes including vendor management, resource onboarding & associated life-cycle management activities (renewals, ongoing changes, advisory, etc.)

  • Effectively coordinate with management to ensure transactions are in line with policies & processes

  • Ensure data integrity is maintained in different systems of record by addressing data exceptions

  • Workforce Data Reporting: Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad-hoc workforce reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, attrition, talent pipeline, workforce costs, space management: RTO metrics, seat utilization and projection).

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Interpret workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to Tech COO leaders and business partners.

  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with Workforce Planning, Finance, and other departments to support long-term workforce strategy initiatives.

  • Tool & System Optimization: Leverage reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Workday, SAP, Excel) to enhance reporting efficiency and data visualization.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and reports to stakeholders at various levels of the organization, translating complex data into clear, business-friendly language.

  • Benchmarking: Participate in internal benchmarking exercises and incorporate industry best practices into internal workforce strategies.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Fluent in English

  • 2-3 years of experience in multinational or large corporate environment

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis packages such as VBA and/or Power Bi/Pivot/Query

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills: ability to clearly and concisely communicate with internal and external partners cross-divisionally

  • Superior relationship management skill to build and maintain solid engagement with key internal and external stakeholders

  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability work without supervision with attention to details

  • Flexibility towards changes, ability to identify and execute process improvement opportunities

  • Good problem-solving skills & ability to translate processes to real life actions


You might also have:

  • Experience in a large, matrixed organization

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis or workforce modelling techniques

  • Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages
