    Your Team's Impact

    In this team you will be working with our sophisticated financial software solution for Performance Measurement and Attribution. You will be the essential link between investment professionals and FactSet’s software. Combining a thorough understanding of finance and technology with specific expertise in FactSet software, consultants help clients streamline the research and analysis process. As part of this fantastic team, you will offer an unparalleled level of service along with insight into the intricacies and functionality of FactSet applications.

    What You'll Do

    • Responsible for automating a client environment, designing complex workflows, covering the full flow of financial data in our software – ETL (extract, transform, load)
    • Become familiar with all the functionalities of the product, including the different modules and methodologies but is more focused on its technical aspects such as: System Architecture, Application Server setup, Database and SQL tuning, API integration
    • Analyzing and solving complex technical issues related to a client’s technical architecture, processing data, conducting specific investigations, including software testing
    • Working with our global team of sales specialists and consultants, as well as interacting with our clients supporting them in their daily operations
    • Become familiar with all the core functionality of the product
    • Collaborate with different internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
    • Help integrate our different systems within a common platform using APIs, Web Services and different automation, scheduling and monitoring tools. This can involve the use of programming, scripting, database languages. 

    What We're Looking For

    Required Skills

    • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant subject
    • 2+ years of professional experience in relevant field
    • SQL and Database experience
    • Sysadmin, experience in programming or scripting languages e.g. Shell, Java, VBA, etc.
    • Good communication and presentation skills in client-facing situations

    Desired Skills

    • Any experience in Financial Reporting or Data Visualization
    • Technical skills with three-tier architecture applications
    • Any knowledge of financial products and instruments
    • System Administration, Networking
    • Application server setup (e.g. Tomcat, JBoss/WildFly)
    • Additional language skills e.g. French would be advantageous
