Reporting Manager (Sitewide) - (EOI)

JASARA PMC is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for the role of Reporting Manager (Sitewide & Durrat) for a mixed-use project. This senior position requires 10 years of experience and is pivotal in managing and coordinating comprehensive reporting activities related to sitewide and Durrat project components. The Reporting Manager will ensure that all reports accurately reflect project progress, risks, and performance, supporting effective decision-making across project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the compilation, validation, and delivery of sitewide and Durrat project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project management teams to gather data, identify reporting requirements, and streamline reporting processes.
• Develop dashboards and visualization tools to effectively communicate project status and key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and contractual obligations in reporting.
• Analyze project data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities, providing actionable insights.
• Coordinate inputs from various teams to produce consolidated and consistent reporting outputs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and standards for project reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated expertise in mixed-use project reporting.
• Proficient in reporting tools and software, including Excel, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong experience in data analysis, report generation, and project performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver reports within tight deadlines.
• Experience working in large-scale, mixed-use developments is preferred.
