A Glimpse into Your New Role
As a Reports Analyst in the Workforce Management (WFM) team, you will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and distributing reports that inform critical workforce planning and operational decisions. You will play a key role in enabling the WFM function to focus on core areas like forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management by delivering actionable data insights and maintaining high reporting standards.
Your day could see you:
Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to staffing, adherence, service levels, and other operational KPIs
Analyzing trends and variances in key performance metrics to provide actionable insights
Maintaining data integrity and ensuring reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with operational needs
Collaborating with WFM, Operations, and other departments to support reporting requirements
Automating repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Creating dashboards or visual tools to help stakeholders interpret data more effectively
Supporting ad hoc report requests and contributing to projects that enhance reporting capabilities
What You’ll Bring
1–2 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or a WFM-related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas); knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful insights
Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in BPO or contact center reporting is preferred
