A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Reporting Analyst, you will report to the Revenue Performance Analyst and work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored reports, dashboards, and analyses that support business needs. Your responsibilities include managing Salesforce report content, providing performance analysis, and offering insights to leadership for improvement.

How You Will Add Value

• Manage and maintain Salesforce report and dashboard content.
• Support quality reporting and analytics services aligned with business objectives.
• Act as the key point of contact for Salesforce content development.
• Provide workload forecasting and productivity tracking.
• Assist in-depth data analysis to deliver insights for effective decision-making.
• Evaluate data quality to identify system and process improvement opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in a Reporting Analyst role with advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Salesforce experience is desirable.
• Proficient data analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Critical thinking and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
