The role

You'll be responsible for driving organic visibility through strategic replies on X.

As a Reply Guy Expert, you'll help founders and brands dominate conversations by identifying high-impact opportunities, crafting engaging replies, and building meaningful relationships within the crypto ecosystem.

What you look like

• Proven experience growing accounts through engagement on X.
• Exceptional short-form writing skills.
• Deep understanding of Crypto Twitter and Web3 communities.
• Strong instincts for timing, trends, memes, and online conversations.
• Ability to think quickly and write high-quality replies in real time.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience working in Web3, Crypto Twitter, or social media growth.
• Excellent writing skills with a natural understanding of internet culture.
• Deep knowledge of Web3, DeFi, NFTs, and crypto narratives.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage engagement across multiple accounts.
