Replenishment Associate - HYBRID

Job Description

We are hiring for multiple RPA positions across multiple hiring managers. By submitting an application you will be considered for ALL open positions.

The Replenishment Associate plans and manages the department’s replenishment assortment through a detailed understanding of product and customer needs. The Merchandise Inventory Associate partners with the buyer and buy planner to achieve financial objectives. As a member of the team, the Replenishment Associate shares accountability to meet and exceed departmental sales volume, gross margin and gross margin-return-on-investment (GMROI) targets.

A day in the life…

• Support merchant team supplier strategy and develop vendor relationships
• Collaborate with merchant partners to create financial plans and goals that maximize total results
• Drive replenishment item performance through the planning, ordering and management of items
• Perform effective analysis and decision making to improve replenishment sales and inventory results and complement the total assortment
• Contribute to business reviews and open-to-buy management
• Develop effective partnerships with forecast and reserve stock teams as applicable

You own this if you have…

• 2+ years of experience in retail merchandise Planning, Inventory Management or equivalent
• Strong negotiation skills and experience maintaining vendor relationships
• Demonstrated understanding of retail and the service environment of Nordstrom
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Experience supporting a high sales volume category (high SKU count, heavy seasonality, high revenue $20M+ (preferred)
• Experience in a relevant merchandise category (preferred)

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Washington: $92,000 - $155,000 Annually

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
